Handling
Before each use, you must heat up the GN1/9 HOT PACK with the liquid contained inside the plate to a certain temperature. You must protect yourself and wearing specific heat gloves, protect your face and wear front body protection. The GN1/9 HOT PACK must be always positioned vertically with side of the white cork up and your arms far from your body and your eyes. High temperatures generated during use could cause serious burns and damage to the skin. Keep hot plate out of reach of children. Do not use this product if damaged.
Once at a high temperature, the GN1/9 HOT PACK becomes sensible to shock, so handle the plate very carefully. We recommend having a turnover of plates to be heated in order to maintain their reliability and their new aspect.
How to heat up the GN1/9 hot pack
> Oven with « dry air convection» during 40 minutes maximum.
> Oven with « steam air system» during 40 minutes maximum.
Heat your oven at 73°C maximum
Place the GN1/9 HOT PACK on a stainless steel tray to heat up horizontally during 40 minutes maximum. >Do not use grill or flame function to heat up the temperature of the GN1/9 HOT PACK, use only hot steam air system.
Handle with extreme care when taking the hot plate out of the oven. Do not use GN1/9 Hot pack in combination with boxes made of Styrofoam (EPS). We will not guarantee for damages causing by melting or catching fire. Cleaning can be made simply with cleanser and warm water.
